Alternative Fuels Corridor Measurement Tool

article photo
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in coordination with Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), has developed a corridor measurement tool to aid state and local officials in analyzing alternative fuel corridors in their state or region.  The tool can be found on the Alternative Fuels Data Station (AFDC) website.
The tool can be used to measure the driving distance along interstate highways between stations that meet the criteria for the various fuels included under FHWA’s  Alternative fuels Corridor Program.
