On November 3, 2016, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) announced alternative fuel corridor recommendations as part of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act requirements. On July 22, 2016, the FHWA and DOT published a notice in the Federal Register (81 FR 47850) soliciting nominations for recommendations from state and local officials to assist in making these recommendations.

Palmetto Clean Fuels is housed within the Office of Regulatory Staff’s Energy Office. Palmetto Clean Fuels is pleased to have several corridors designated within the State.
